Description
Coopinhal Cooperative, in Sao Paulo, was born thanks to the initiative of a group of producers who believed in the importance of coffee for the economy of the city and the country. They are all small and medium-sized producers with land located in mountainous locations, at an altitude ranging between 900 and 1,100 masl, with an average temperature of 23 ° C and annual rainfall of 1400mm concentrated between spring and autumn, conditions ideal for the production of quality coffee.Every year, all coffee producers deliver over 70,000 bags to Coophinal, which analyzes and roasts them before placing them in the warehouse, classifying them into five levels: excellent, good, medium, regular and low. What is classified at an excellent level is blended to create the 1Unico Pinhal.
