What a great day!

Yesterday, I was in Florence to participate to the Coffee Tasting and Cupping Course organized by Espresso Academy.

The venue, a few bus stops away from the center of Florence, is the home of Moka Flor roastery. The course was given by Marco Cremonese, experienced q-grader and coffee expert that has walked us through the complexity of the coffee sensory world. The right balance of theoretical knowledge and practical sensory and cupping discovery.

If you have the possibility to travel to the beautiful Florence, I would definitively recommend to visit the school and talk to the super friendly yet professional team of Espresso Academy.
