What a great day!
Yesterday, I was in Florence to participate to the Coffee Tasting and Cupping Course organized by Espresso Academy.
The venue, a few bus stops away from the center of Florence, is the home of Moka Flor roastery. The course was given by Marco Cremonese, experienced q-grader and coffee expert that has walked us through the complexity of the coffee sensory world. The right balance of theoretical knowledge and practical sensory and cupping discovery.
